Our mission is to design and implement innovative supply chain strategies for our specialized market niche, and architect the underlying business processes and IT solutions that bring those strategies to life. We do this to deliver the highest possible supply chain efficiency in order to maximize shareholder value.

Our Perspective

It is our belief that for a firm to be a leader in its market sector it must create a demand driven Supply Chain that is tightly coupled with an effective IT strategy. The creation of a demand driven Supply Chain model requires a flexible IT strategy that allows the firm to be electronically integrated to its trading partner community in a rapid, flexible and low cost manner. Such an IT strategy must maximize the company’s unique investments in engineering, manufacturing, distribution, marketing, and IT infrastructure.

Approach

We help companies focus on operational drivers and metrics that directly affect the balance sheet – working capital and cash-to-cash cycle times. If a company can minimize its working capital, it can maximize its cash flow and enhance overall company performance. Our practitioners are accustomed to working as a facilitating member of a client team.
